About the role
- IT-Providermanager responsible for optimizing IT service providers and ensuring compliance. Building partnerships and managing contracts in a dynamic workplace in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cost and performance control as well as the continuous optimization of our IT service providers
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (including MaRisk, KWG § 25a)
- Establishing and maintaining professional stakeholder and partner management – both internal and external
- Contract management and coordination between providers, internal business areas and 2nd-line functions (e.g., Information Security, Risk Management, Data Protection, Business Continuity/Incident Management)
- Further development of the IT Provider Manager role within the company and implementation of your own ideas
- Monitoring and management of the provider-related budget
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT service management, contract and SLA management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for outsourcing in the banking environment
- Proven success in project management and confident use of common standards and methodologies
- Communicative, structured and assertive personality with a focus on efficient solutions
