About the role
- iOS Engineer developing applications for Garmin's Explore outdoor team. Engage in end-to-end product development for innovative outdoor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute designs for software components within a larger project;
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced Software Engineers;
- Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions;
- Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes;
- Perform technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems.
Requirements
- Strong Swift and iOS SDK knowledge;
- BSc in Computer Science, IT or similar;
- 4 years of experience with iOS development;
- Proficiency in English.**
