The Intelligent Automation Architect drives innovation and maximizes technology investments by designing and implementing scalable, cost-effective solutions across platforms like RPA, JIRA, Power Platform, and emerging technologies such as GenAI and IDP.
Reporting to the Director of Process Automation & Application Delivery, the role includes leading Proof-of-Concept initiatives, developing technology roadmaps, and providing technical documentation and support for automation solutions.
The Architect collaborates with product owners, development teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful Intelligent automation opportunities.
Key focus areas include understanding data sources, ensuring seamless system integration, and fostering collaboration with architecture and application teams.
Additionally, the role involves coaching developers and promoting continuous improvement to unlock the full potential of organizational technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Technical Architect or Solution Architect role.
Experience with RPA platforms, JIRA, and Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
Experience with emerging technologies (GenAI, IDP, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
