About the role

  • Supporting large-scale system transformation and replatforming projects
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements
  • Liaising with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams
  • Participating in workshops and working groups to define and deliver process improvements
  • Supporting system testing, data migration, and implementation activities
  • Contributing to client presentations and project documentation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an insurer OR consulting environment
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on transformation programmes
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Technology-literate with an interest in large-scale platform delivery
  • Exposure to or understanding of Guidewire, Salesforce, ICE, or EIS platforms
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Knowledge of pensions or insurance products is an advantage
