About the role
- Convert a high volume of highly qualified inbound leads
- Guide clients in building the best insurance solution for their real estate projects and ensure client retention
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and technologies while working with an outstanding Tech/Product team
- Contribute to the development of Pretto's insurance division
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident phone manner
- Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and provide sound advice to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn quickly from a variety of profiles (web, software engineers, credit specialists…)
- Exceptional mental flexibility and adaptability
