Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale the QA function across all business units
- Ensure products are safe, high-quality, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Drive a strategic, risk-based approach to quality
- Empower the team to support rapid, reliable delivery
- Build strong working partnerships with Regulatory, Clinical, Engineering, Product, and Operations
Requirements
- Deep experience leading QA in a software product organisation, ideally within regulated industries (SaMD, medtech, fintech).
- Proven expertise in setting up or evolving QA strategy across multiple products or teams.
- Strong command of modern QA methodologies including exploratory testing, test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.
- Experience with risk-based testing and working within quality management systems (ISO 13485, 27001, or equivalent).
- Experience working with AI/ML pipelines is a strong plus.
