About the role
- Global Social Media Specialist at APIVITA coordinating global social media activities and managing content production across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manages the filming and curation of TikTok videos, ensuring all content aligns with platform trends, formats, and audience preferences.
- Engages with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content, while meeting monthly seeding objectives.
- Oversees social media & e-retailers content production including photo shoots, video productions, and copywriting.
- Coordinates the execution of annual advocacy collaborations and digital campaigns.
- Plans and facilitates global trainings with key markets to secure community management alignment and KPI achievement.
- Prepares and delivers presentations highlighting initiatives, results and insights.
- Conducts market and competitor research, synthesizing findings into actionable reports and presentations.
- Plans, schedules, and publishes global social media content across all platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field
- Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing would be considered as an asset
- Excellent copyrighting skills in Greek and English
- 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG or related field.
- Desire and ability to test and learn new AI & editing tools.
- Experience with Cap Cut and Video Editor tools is a must. Experience with AI tools would be considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills & ability to work effectively as part of a team
