Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Securitas Technology in Belgium
- Oversee all business operations, financial performance, commercial growth and workforce development
- Lead a multi-year transformation focused on digitalisation, operational excellence and customer-centric innovation
- Define and execute a clear strategy to grow market share, profitability and customer value in Belgium
- Maintain full P&L accountability
- Represent the Belgian business at regional leadership forums
- Champion the adoption of Operational Excellence, Lean and continuous improvement practices
- Drive process simplification, standardisation and technology enablement to deliver measurable performance gains
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team that thrives on accountability and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a General Manager or senior business leader, ideally in technology, security or services sectors
- Proven success leading transformation, turnaround or growth initiatives in a multinational or matrix environment
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy with a track record of P&L management
- Knowledge and understanding of customer needs, industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Belgian context
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Alliance builder with experience collaborating across internal and external partners
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French and Flemish proficiency preferred.
