About the role
- Build lightweight features and prototypes across web and mobile to validate ideas quickly.
- Translate winning experiments into production-ready features, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) to support RevOps workflows, lead management, and onboarding experiments.
- Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements and ensure that our solutions deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with exposure to growth engineering or experimentation.
- Proficiency in Typescript, Node and React Native.
- Experience working with Python, SQL, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong product mindset, with an ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.
- Curiosity and interest in growth engineering: running experiments, building tools, and measuring results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a bias toward rapid iteration.
