About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the efficient acquisition engine that attracts and converts high-intent users.
- Develop the platforms that handle everything from our public pages and referral programs to new in-product upsell experiences.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, using A/B testing and quick iterations to optimize our user funnels.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to improve core metrics like conversion rates and payment success.
- Handle full-stack development tasks (React, TypeScript, Python/Go/Kotlin).
- Build and monitor solutions with SEO and performance top-of-mind.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack experience, including modern frontend (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend technologies (Python, Go, and/or Kotlin).
- Proven experience in a growth-engineering environment, specifically with experimentation (A/B testing) and using metrics to drive decisions.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different functions, disciplines, and product teams.
- Strong communication skills and experience driving technical initiatives from ideation to completion, influencing how your team collaborates and ships code.
