About the role

  • Develop and maintain core components of our payments and compliance products.
  • Write clean, tested, and well-structured code that directly impacts how businesses operate.
  • Collaborate with your product team to design, implement, and release new features.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions on microservices, event-driven systems, and scalability.
  • Continuously improve existing systems, ensuring performance, resilience, and security.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development and quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript) and at least one modern SPA framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Maven, Git.
  • A passion for clean code, testing, and modern development practices (SOLID principles, design patterns, etc.).
  • Bonus points for experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes or Google Cloud.
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset: you don’t just write code, you want to understand the product and customer impact behind it.
