- Give and receive regular feedback to help the Developer community within your Club develop and be more effective will be key.
- Remain hands on with code, with a clear progression path to become more senior in your field without the responsibility of managing a team.
Requirements
- Experience with Python (Asyncio preferred)
- Experience with React/Redux, FastAPI
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Strong communication skills in English
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Docker, Kubernetes, Azure (Nice-to-have)
- Monitoring tools like Sentry and Grafana (Nice-to-have)
- Automated testing and scalable service design (Nice-to-have)
