About the role
- Own and build the web platform experience for Zeller’s merchants and their customers
- Work with designers and product managers to thoughtfully translate product requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to Zeller’s design system and frontend tooling
- Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into production-quality code
- Take ownership of the quality and production operation of the features and products that you build
- Contribute to complex frontend features and maintain strong software development standards
Requirements
- A thorough understanding of core Javascript, React and Typescript, and experience building complex single-page applications.
- Demonstrated experience working in a frontend team with strong software development standards
- Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into code
- Demonstrated contribution to complex frontend features and products
- Experience with testing and code quality tools such as Cypress and SonarCloud
- Familiarity with Typescript, React-powered SPAs, GraphQL and serverless API backends
- Experience with AWS and infrastructure managed with Terraform
- The ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and understand how your work helps them accomplish their mission
- Experience or excitement about the payments industry.
