About the role
- Monitor large volumes of user-generated content for fraudulent activity.
- Identify and research content for fraudulent behavior using a case management system.
- Learn and apply what constitutes review fraud to protect consumers from inauthentic content.
- Take appropriate action against inauthentic or fraudulent content (flag/remove) based on investigations.
- Meet quality and speed benchmarks and adjust performance based on feedback.
- Collaborate with teams as needed and follow escalation procedures.
Requirements
- Proficiency with e-mail applications, online messaging services and forums, and Web applications.
- Proficiency with Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional communication skills.
- Confident in making decisions and acting when things may be obscure.

- 2-3 years experience with fraud detection, mainly working in eCommerce companies.
- Experience working in financial crimes, credit cards, chargebacks.
- Experience with Accertify is a plus.
- Ability to work 3 days a week from the Bazaarvoice Bengaluru office.
- Ability to work shifted hours a couple days a month with prior notice.
- Assessment, 2 Technical Discussions, and HR Round as part of interview process.
