About the role
- Join P3 as a FP&A Systems Specialist in Prague, managing financial planning systems and supporting budgeting cycles. Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment of the leading logistics warehouse provider in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Budgeting and Forecasting applications, ensuring smooth daily operation.
- Conduct functional testing of system upgrades and coordinate communication with the user community.
- Handle system issues in collaboration with the support desk or external vendors.
- Identify and implement system enhancements, focusing on automation and process efficiency.
- Develop and deliver user training, including preparation of manuals and training materials.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by updating key assumptions, processing scenarios, and maintaining related data sets.
- Design tools and reports to support data reconciliation and quality control.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of finance and business planning principles.
- Demonstrated interest and experience in technology (particularly in financial systems or data tools).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience (e.g., in FP&A, financial systems support, data analysis, or similar area).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with BI visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python, Power Automate) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Independent and proactive approach.
- Team player approach.
- English language: advanced level (verbal as well as written form).
- Czech or Slovak language: native speaker or advanced level.
