Responsibilities
- Lead the Annual Budget preparation process and the Quarterly Reforecast
- Perform the monthly Headcount (HC) close
- Monitor monthly P&L (budget vs. actual)
- Validate provisions and accounting reclassifications
- Monitor and report savings and overruns related to benefits
- Update and maintain the Prophix system
- Develop and maintain management dashboards
- Translate business strategies into financial impacts
- Approve hires and personnel movements
- Request accounting corrections and reclassifications
- Reallocate budget between sub-centers
- Support internal and external audits
- Automate reports and train key users
Requirements
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, and Financial Planning
- Experience with Prophix or similar budgeting/planning systems
- Experience with data visualization tools and report automation
- English proficiency preferred
