Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process
- Lead quarterly re-forecasting cycles
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
- Develop and track financial and operational KPIs across the company
- Partner with budget owners to review spend vs budget
- Perform a monthly management accounts analysis
- Prepare management, investor and board-level reports
- Support the accounting team in delivering accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Optimize streamlined reporting and dashboards within Netsuite
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or management accounting
- A professional accounting qualification is a big plus.
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and spreadsheets
- Comfortable with financial tools like NetSuite
