Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical vanguard within the customer success organization
- Lead the technical deployment, configuration, and optimization of CodeRabbit’s platform across diverse customer environments.
- Collaborate directly with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integrations.
- Diagnose complex technical challenges and develop creative, effective solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing deep product knowledge, architectural guidance, and best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to share customer insights, drive product improvements, and influence feature development.
- Deliver technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and documentation to enable customer teams and ensure successful adoption.
- Act as an internal technical champion for customer needs, ensuring their success drives CodeRabbit’s continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect
- Background in software engineering, DevOps, or systems integration, with proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Go).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
- Passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI/ML, developer productivity, and code intelligence.
