- Financieel Adviseur Wonen Virtueel responsible for assisting clients with housing market inquiries. Engaging with both private clients and entrepreneurs in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Als Financieel Adviseur Wonen Virtueel ondersteun je klanten bij hun oriëntatie op de woningmarkt.
- Je behandelt complexe vraagstukken uit de werkvoorraad.
- Je handelt waar mogelijk met name telefonisch klantvragen af.
- Je leidt de klant soepel naar de juiste route.
Requirements
- Je bent minimaal in het bezit van MBO4 diploma.
- Je bent reeds in het bezit van WFT Basis en Hypothecair krediet.
- Je ben bereidt om WFT Vermogen binnen 3 maanden na start te behalen.
- Je kunt je goed inleven in klanten en bent creatief in het oplossen van klantproblemen.
