Responsibilities
Join us as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) where you will obtain your Securities Industry licenses.
You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor - from acquiring, building and managing client relationships.
Help deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions to clients.
Once you demonstrate success, you will progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, to grow and deepen client relationships.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions we provide.
Requirements
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
