About the role
- Join us as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) where you will obtain your Securities Industry licenses.
- You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor - from acquiring, building and managing client relationships.
- Help deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions to clients.
- Once you demonstrate success, you will progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, to grow and deepen client relationships.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions we provide.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
