About the role
- Finance Systems Analyst managing Finance Information Systems and enhancing Oracle Cloud EPM for finance initiatives. Providing end-user support, project management, and ensuring system reliability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, aid, and enhance Finance Information Systems
- Provide end-user support for Finance and Shared Services teams
- Administer EPM systems, including security, configuration, maintenance, and regular auditing
- Develop queries, reports, and data feeds
- Evaluate, recommend, test, and implement system enhancements
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Act as liaison between Finance stakeholders, IT, and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Deliver training, guidance, and support to global end-users
- Lead and support Finance projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EPRCS) and related financial systems
- Prior EPM implementation and/or support experience; Oracle ERP and Cloud experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to provide global end-user support across EPM environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
