Responsibilities
Prospect clients, with support from Asaas' lead database
Conduct in-person visits, present our solutions and close new business
Activate and strengthen local partnerships, identifying strategic opportunities by region
Ensure a smooth onboarding as well as engagement and retention of acquired customers
Keep the CRM updated and share field insights to support commercial intelligence
Represent the Asaas brand at events, regional meetings, and local strategic initiatives
Requirements
Experience in field sales or in-person sales (field representatives or local acquisition)
Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, presentations, etc.)
Ability to work with targets and manage a high volume of opportunities
Reside in Uberlândia (MG), Uberaba (MG), Campinas (SP), Maringá (PR), or Londrina (PR)
Own a personal vehicle for travel
Hunter profile, focused on prospecting and developing new business
Comfortable engaging with a variety of customer profiles (retail, franchises, local service providers, etc.)
