About the role

  • Customer Care Executive assisting in processing personal information changes for clients in the insurance sector. Ideal for recent graduates with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Helps in processing changes manually and online on their personal information such as address change, interested party, billing and reissue of policy.

Requirements

  • Candidates with upto 24 months of exp in any customer service in any BPO/Non BPO from any insurance background.
  • Graduates only
  • Candidates with prior exp in email writing support will be preferred.
  • Very good emails writing skills needed
  • B2-8 should be the CEF criteria
