About the role

  • Identify and manage HoReCa outlets, events, and high-traffic locations to support B2C activities
  • Negotiate deals with stakeholders, build relationships, and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities and ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
  • Plan and implement area branding and activation activities in collaboration with BTL agencies, ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Explore and manage alternative sales channels, supporting the process from wholesalers to outlets, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions
  • Assist in managing BTL agency personnel and track day-to-day sales performance
  • Implement Mystery Shopper programs and evaluate performance

Requirements

  • Sales experience with a proven track record in deal-making and business development
  • An established network of outlets will be considered as a plus
  • A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up
  • Proactive cooperation, initiative, result focus
  • Dynamism, innovative, strong passion, and good communication skills
  • PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Respect brand guidelines and be creative
  • Fluency in Greek & English (written & oral)
