Responsibilities
- Identify and manage HoReCa outlets, events, and high-traffic locations to support B2C activities
- Negotiate deals with stakeholders, build relationships, and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities and ensure KPIs are achieved
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
- Plan and implement area branding and activation activities in collaboration with BTL agencies, ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Explore and manage alternative sales channels, supporting the process from wholesalers to outlets, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions
- Assist in managing BTL agency personnel and track day-to-day sales performance
- Implement Mystery Shopper programs and evaluate performance
Requirements
- Sales experience with a proven track record in deal-making and business development
- An established network of outlets will be considered as a plus
- A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up
- Proactive cooperation, initiative, result focus
- Dynamism, innovative, strong passion, and good communication skills
- PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
