Responsibilities
Planning of electrical systems for large-scale public, commercial and industrial construction projects
Advising and supporting the client in defining and refining their requirements and developing solution approaches
Acting as project manager with responsibility for costs, schedules and quality of the project with respect to the electrotechnical trades
Developing design concepts/solutions based on specific user requirements and preparing specifications (tender documents) for planning and construction services
Supporting the technical site management in all organizational and technical tasks
Conducting existing-condition assessments and evaluating existing system technology
Requirements
Completed engineering degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or certification as a state-certified technician
Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of building construction projects
Design, calculation, sizing and supervision of the installation of power and low-voltage/weak-current systems in technically demanding buildings
Confident use of common calculation and AVA tendering/cost-management software
Familiarity with HOAI and VOB as well as relevant technical standards
Reliability and a high degree of personal responsibility
