About the role

  • Build scalable services and UIs using .Net/C# and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Apply hands-on design thinking: user interviews, prototyping, A/B testing
  • Use AI/GenAI tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude to streamline code writing
  • Collaborate with UX teams to deliver usable and accessible features
  • Explore AI-enhanced functionality and integrate LLM APIs
  • Mentor junior developers and lead Vibe Coding activities
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–9 years of experience in modern web and service development with a focus on .Net/C#.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly React.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and CI/CD skills
  • Hands-on with GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools
  • Exposure to design systems and Agile product teams
  • Interest in AI/ML integrations and LLM-driven enhancements
  • Experience in mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews.
