About the role

  • Conduct system and plant operational functional requirements analysis
  • Perform functional allocation to operators or plant control systems
  • Perform structural analysis and design of different structural systems and components of a nuclear power plant
  • Perform structural analysis using Finite Element Analysis tools
  • Perform structural design of different structural components such as walls, slabs, foundations, etc.
  • Perform seismic analysis and evaluation of different structural systems and components in NPPs
  • Support developing design and detailed drawings and specifications
  • Incorporate design requirements into analyses and design documents
  • Provide on-time, quality delivery of engineering documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree of Science in civil structural engineering
  • 0-3 years of civil engineering analysis and design experience
  • Access to U.S. export-controlled information
