Management of our apartments and properties
Liaison with landlords, property managers and service providers
Organization of repairs, maintenance and replacement purchases
Support for our youth center "Jugendhaus Chip" in technical and handyman tasks
Maintenance of our administrative software Spartacus
Oversight of our small vehicle fleet (5 vehicles) — including maintenance and car-sharing solutions
Support with insurance matters and procurement of equipment
Participation in sustainability projects
Collaboration with our finance and accounting department, TEL Cottbus and the IT department
Active development and improvement of internal processes within your area of responsibility
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical/vocational training (or equivalent experience)
Basic technical understanding and strong organizational skills
Enjoyment of working independently as well as in a team
Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of additional software is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude
Enjoys acting independently and taking initiative
