About the role

  • Management of our apartments and properties
  • Liaison with landlords, property managers and service providers
  • Organization of repairs, maintenance and replacement purchases
  • Support for our youth center "Jugendhaus Chip" in technical and handyman tasks
  • Maintenance of our administrative software Spartacus
  • Oversight of our small vehicle fleet (5 vehicles) — including maintenance and car-sharing solutions
  • Support with insurance matters and procurement of equipment
  • Participation in sustainability projects
  • Collaboration with our finance and accounting department, TEL Cottbus and the IT department
  • Active development and improvement of internal processes within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical/vocational training (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic technical understanding and strong organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of working independently as well as in a team
  • Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of additional software is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude
  • Enjoys acting independently and taking initiative
