About the role

  • Lead a sales team to achieving the budgeted sales quota for the year
  • Directly supervise a team of 5+ Account Development Executives
  • Monitor performance, achieve financial goals, develop, motivate and counsel staff
  • Foster a collaborative environment, provide feedback information about market conditions and plan sales strategy per quarter
  • Work with current and competitive accounts, hiring and building a successful sales team
  • Direct/manage staff performance
  • Handle customer issues and satisfaction
  • Assist in driving efforts to increase client retention

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of related experience in leading a quota-exceeding outside b2b sales hunters
  • Selling complex systems (DMS, SaaS etc)
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a solutions selling environment
  • 7-9 months of job related formal Sales training
  • 1-3 years of outside B2B sales/including new business development
  • Experience in automotive industry, preferred, not required
