About the role
- DevOps / ML Ops Engineer automating build and deployment of data and ML services with a focus on regulatory compliance. Working with MUFG to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Automating, orchestrating, and optimizing the build, test, and deployment of data and machine learning services
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and artifact management systems
- Implement blue-green and canary deployment strategies
- Develop robust monitoring solutions for logs, metrics, and distributed traces
- Establish and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Create and maintain incident response playbooks
- Manage comprehensive evidence capture, approval tracking, and change controls
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries.
- Expertise in scripting languages, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud/platform automation tools.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory controls.
- Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with segregation of duties and CAB integration (preferred).
- Hands-on experience supporting regulated incident management and rollback processes (preferred).
- Knowledge of financial data privacy, security standards, and risk management frameworks (preferred).
