About the role

Responsibilities
- You'll primarily work on digital design (products and websites - UX and UI), and brand and communications design.
- You’ll be supporting our designers in their day-to-day work, sourcing interesting reference and inspiration for art direction.
- Helping set-up and roll out systems of design in Figma.
- Attending meetings and workshops, and getting a feel for what it's like to be in a leading design team.
- You’ll work collaboratively beyond the design team with our multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- An emerging designer who is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about affecting social and environmental impact through great design.
- Someone interested in pursuing a career in digital, brand, and communications design.
- We don’t expect you to have an amazing folio yet, but we do need you to know your way around Figma.
- An active interest in AI tooling, AI ethics and/or motion design will be highly regarded.
