Responsibilities
Produce fully coordinated, accurate HVAC and plumbing system designs that meet project requirements, codes, and quality standards.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, and performance goals are consistently achieved.
Coordinate project workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and guide team members to deliver on time and with precision.
Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design intent aligns seamlessly with construction execution.
Create and maintain detailed calculations, reports, and design drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
Mentor and train team members to strengthen technical expertise, uphold company standards, and support professional growth.
Drive process improvements and introduce new technologies that enhance design efficiency and project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with demonstrated expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems design.
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu is required.
Experience in the construction or building systems industry is preferred.
