- Demand Planner managing inventory flow and optimising stock levels at Coach. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing market dynamics and ensuring timely delivery to partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow and optimise stock levels across Coach’s Wholesale channel in Europe
- Create detailed SKU-level demand plans aligned with global strategy
- Ensure timely delivery to wholesale partners and minimize excess inventory
- Analyse sales trends and adjust forecasts based on market dynamics
- Identify risks in supply and inventory management
- Own and maintain comprehensive inventory reporting, including sales performance and stock holding
- Conduct hindsight analysis of sell-in and sell-out performance
- Review NOOS levels for core lines to ensure coverage
- Perform detailed inbound and supply flow analysis
- Collaborate with Inventory Management and Global teams to execute actions on excess stock
- Lead seasonal alignment meetings with Finance, Sales, and other teams to align inventory strategies
- Identify inventory and supply risks and implement proactive actions
Requirements
- 3-4+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, Buying, or Supply Chain within retail, B2B, franchise, or wholesale environments
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF/SUMIF formulas
