About the role

  • Data analysis and validation: Clean and validate complex datasets using statistical and stochastic models to ensure high data quality
  • Algorithm development: Design and develop complex algorithms to analyze very large datasets
  • Develop data-driven strategies to ensure and optimize the functionality, performance, and safety of highly complex systems
  • Generate impact: Implement condition-monitoring algorithms for safety-critical systems using complex sensor networks

Requirements

  • Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Science
  • Solid experience handling large-scale datasets and a strong understanding of statistical structures
  • Excellent programming skills in Python
  • Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Jenkins, Apache Spark, or Apache Airflow is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for measurement technology and software development, with an interest in algorithms, sensor technology, predictive maintenance, and statistics
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English
