About the role

- Manage activities related to cosmetovigilance by contributing to the handling of post-marketing cases.
- Record and enter cosmetovigilance case data in English into the database.
- Attach all documents related to a case in the database.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and assist with quality control.
- Manage the shared inbox dedicated to receiving and corresponding about cosmetovigilance cases.
Requirements
- Degree in vigilance and database management or a scientific diploma (minimum two years of post-secondary education).
- Strong knowledge of vigilance and data management with at least 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, ideally in an international environment.
- Comfortable using vigilance databases and the available IT tools.
