About the role

  • Build and maintain Power BI reporting covering all stages of our key pipelines, including licensing deals, artist acquisition, retailer insights, and platform engagement
  • Own the end-to-end integration and data flow between our platform, HubSpot, GA4, and Google Ads, ensuring data is captured, structured, and available for reporting
  • Manage data integrity in HubSpot, aligning structures and maintaining clean, consistent fields for reliable analytics
  • Set up and oversee event and conversion tracking, ensuring marketing and platform activity connects through to deal and revenue outcomes
  • Partner with Finance and Product to connect CRM and platform data to commercial performance metrics
  • Continuously improve how data moves between systems to strengthen visibility and decision-making

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, data integration, or business intelligence
  • Advanced Power BI skills, with a track record of building scalable, business-focused reporting solutions
  • Experience designing or managing data connections between CRM, marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and their data structures
  • Commercial mindset, with an understanding of pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics
  • Experience in fast-moving environments, comfortable refining processes and building scalable reporting as we grow
