Build and maintain Power BI reporting covering all stages of our key pipelines, including licensing deals, artist acquisition, retailer insights, and platform engagement
Own the end-to-end integration and data flow between our platform, HubSpot, GA4, and Google Ads, ensuring data is captured, structured, and available for reporting
Manage data integrity in HubSpot, aligning structures and maintaining clean, consistent fields for reliable analytics
Set up and oversee event and conversion tracking, ensuring marketing and platform activity connects through to deal and revenue outcomes
Partner with Finance and Product to connect CRM and platform data to commercial performance metrics
Continuously improve how data moves between systems to strengthen visibility and decision-making
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, data integration, or business intelligence
Advanced Power BI skills, with a track record of building scalable, business-focused reporting solutions
Experience designing or managing data connections between CRM, marketing, and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and their data structures
Commercial mindset, with an understanding of pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics
Experience in fast-moving environments, comfortable refining processes and building scalable reporting as we grow
