About the role

  • Detail-oriented Data Analyst joining Account Management at Tactiq. Collaborate to transform data into actionable insights for customers' business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, Amazon Quicksight, and other BI tools to communicate KPIs and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer client and internal business questions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Partner with Account Management to understand client needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with the Data Engineering team to ensure accurate data pipelines and reliable reporting infrastructure.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support value-added reporting and data visualization, anticipating customer needs in order to help them guide strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights that improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
  • Contribute to forecasting and trend analysis efforts with basic statistical and modeling approaches (AI/ML awareness is a plus).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in SQL and Excel, with proficiency in Python for analysis preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Looker, Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and cloud-based data environments (Google Cloud or AWS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into business-friendly insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with diverse teams and clients.
  • Prior exposure to supply chain, retail, or logistics data is a plus.
