- Data Analyst responsible for BI reporting and strategic decision-making at V.tal. Collaborating with teams to analyze data and drive business performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
- Perform complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the data used in analyses.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Query and data analysis languages: advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations, views, analytic/window functions).
- BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or Looker (dashboard building, KPIs, storytelling).
- Databases: Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and/or BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift.
- ETL / Data integration: Knowledge of tools such as Pentaho, Talend, Alteryx or processes implemented with Python/Airflow.
- Data modeling: Star Schema, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, normalization and governance best practices.
- Advanced Excel and use of DAX functions (for Power BI users).
- Analytical and business skills: Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience defining KPIs and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts (weighted mean, correlation, regression, variance, etc.).
- Focus on process improvement, operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
- Experience producing executive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

- Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse areas (operations, commercial, technology).
