About the role
- Data Analyst responsible for in-depth analysis and insights to drive business growth at Fido in Ghana. Collaborates with multiple departments using advanced statistical concepts and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough analysis of Fido’s product, business and operational activities
- Data analysis focal for Fido’s departments (Marketing / Product / Risk / Finance / Bizdev / ext)
- Applying advanced statistical concepts
- Closely collaborate with other data analysts, data engineers and data scientist
- Build and maintain the dashboards and KPIs
- Provide analysis and insights to support our business growth
- Share deep analysis conclusions and sophisticated technical methods in a clear manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in Saas or B2C company.
- BSc in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong SQL skills and experience of working with large datasets and analytical databases.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau / PowerBI or any other equivalent tool.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative approaches to tackle complex challenges, driving unique and impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, independence and proactively drive initiatives across the organization.
- Experience in Marketing or Product-related analysis - advantage.
- Experience with financial data - advantage.
- Experience with python - advantage.
