About the role

  • Oversee daily security operations in collaboration with the external SOC.
  • Analyze SOC reports and identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Take responsibility for preparing and maintaining security procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Research and Development department to implement cybersecurity measures.
  • Coordinate security audits and follow up on actions resulting from these activities.
  • Stay up to date on emerging threats and assess potential impacts.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or SOC environments.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIA, GCIH).
  • Strong knowledge of core security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and threat intelligence tools.
  • Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).
  • Experience with Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Python, PowerShell).
  • Skills in analyzing logs, alerts, and reports to generate actionable security insights.
  • French mandatory; knowledge of English required.
