About the role
- Improve customer compliance operations by developing metrics, self-service tools, and analyses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage tactical and strategic business needs
- Proactively identify opportunity areas for improvement and optimization
- Understand data resources to be used for projects
- Frame and break down complex business problems into key components
- Monitor key performance metrics to identify actionable opportunities for efficiency
- Build a collaborative team environment fostering execution and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
- Python for data analysis experience
- Proficient using at least one data visualization product (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative with ability to secure inputs from many cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and formulate appropriate analytical solutions
