Requirements
- Experience as a Tourism Specialist / travel agent in a travel agency or tour operator
- Comparable professional experience (e.g., travel advisor, customer service, onboard ship roles, etc.)
- Familiarity with telephone and email consultation
- Ability to conduct customer conversations in English
- Prior knowledge of cruise lines and ships is desirable
