About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts
  • Answer client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
  • Solve problems regarding client account issues & ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings
  • Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Insurance/Brokerage
  • experience in Corporate Insurance would be a valuable addition
  • Bachelor Degree in Business
  • Fluent Romanian, English (B2)
  • Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (proficiency with Excel)
  • Strong communicative skills
