About the role
- IT consultant in ERP systems focusing on digitalization of waste management with a project team in Germany. Involved in process optimization, user training, and client collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Digitalization of municipal and commercial waste management and disposal services, together with your project team
- Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our ERP system and adjacent business departments
- Process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners
- Training end users following software implementation
- Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding with a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training, and conferences
- A strong team ethos and an independently managed area of responsibility
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, or vocational training in a business-related field (e.g., office management, industrial clerks, IT systems clerks, ...)
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Some experience in project management
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent working style, high self-motivation, and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good written and spoken German
