Commissioning Engineer in pharmaceutical technology overseeing installations, service, and qualification processes. Engaging with clients nationally and internationally to maintain high quality standards.
Responsibilities
Commissioning of systems domestically and internationally
Execution of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical commissioning of pharmaceutical systems
Qualifications and acceptance tests
Independently performing qualification procedures and acceptance tests after successful commissioning – nationally and internationally
Service assignments on pharmaceutical systems
Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of systems of various designs
Technical consulting and support
Point of contact for customers on technical issues and conducting audits and support assignments
Recalibrations and functional tests
Performing regular recalibrations and comprehensive functional tests to ensure system quality
Support with FATs
Participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for quality assurance prior to delivery
Other role-related tasks
Taking on additional responsibilities as required by individual projects
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., S7; TIA Portal is an advantage but not required)
Process engineering fundamentals: understanding of the design and operation of process engineering systems in the production, storage and distribution of WFI, PW, RD…
Hydraulics, pressure and chemistry: advanced basic knowledge and practical experience in these areas are required
HMI operation: experience operating Human Machine Interfaces is required
Automation technology: experience with automation systems, control cabinets, sensor technology, etc.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field (commissioning, service, process engineering)
