Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment to patients in the form of individual, marital, family, and group therapy

Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with patients of all age ranges that have a range of mental health problems and diagnoses
- Experience completing thorough intake assessments and making diagnoses
- Experience providing ongoing treatment which addresses problems
- Experience with individual, couple, family, and group treatment
- Experience identifying and understanding the psychodynamics of individuals
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience completing thorough documentation in a timely manner
- Current State of Wisconsin license as a Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist
