About the role

Responsibilities
- Govern the operation, stability, setup and budgeting of bot tools, ensuring efficient operation aligned with the company's strategic objectives
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain intelligent and efficient chatbots for various communication channels, such as websites, social media and messaging apps
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into interactive, user-friendly solutions
- Integrate chatbots with existing systems, APIs and databases, ensuring efficient and secure communication
- Develop advanced conversational logic to enhance user experience and meet customer expectations
- Stay up to date on chatbot trends and advancements, implementing best practices and the latest technologies
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure correct functionality and improve chatbot performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chatbots with other systems and processes
Requirements
- Experience developing chatbots, preferably using platforms such as Dialogflow, TakeBlip or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or other languages relevant to chatbot development
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and natural language processing (NLP)
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients
- Nice to have: Knowledge of AI and payment methods integrated into chatbots; experience applying sentiment analysis to conversations handled by the chatbot
