About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide project and production tool and process support to the Advisory Trading team
- Provide day-to-day support for the production processing team
- Identify business requirements, create project and process specifications, and testing for new or enhanced systems
- Assist with production implementations
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization or with external firms and vendors
- Lead/facilitate problem solving and troubleshooting of issues
- Monitor and assess potential business-driven or regulatory changes impacting the team
Requirements
- Associates degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn, understand and apply technology as it relates to the business
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities
- Strong work ethic, high standards for accuracy and high level of personal accountability
- Industry experience with advisory programs and/or model-based trading
- System experience with InvestCloud trading applications and/or BetaNXT
- Proficient in data analysis leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Denodo
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
