About the role
- Business Architect conducting process advisory and E2E design in automotive sector. Leading workshops and ensuring architecture consistency at client locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide process consulting and design end-to-end (E2E) processes in the automotive industry, particularly in production and logistics
- Lead workshops with client business units across different group brands to gather requirements and align functional decisions
- Analyze and evaluate requirements from client business units
- Share responsibility for designing the functional architecture
- Ensure cross-system consistency and completeness of business processes and of functional and enterprise architectures
- Implement quality assurance measures
- Drive strategic development and take responsibility for structural and process improvement measures within the project team
- Co-responsible for order clarification, producing specifications, and project planning
Requirements
- Experience in capturing, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing current and future business situations and IT requirements of clients
- Solid knowledge in designing business and technical solutions
- Knowledge of industry innovations, optimization potential, and domain processes in the automotive industry
- Apply professional methods and relevant tools, e.g.: business process modeling and optimization, requirements elicitation and management, data modeling, functional solution design
- At least 5 years' experience as a Functional Architect, Business Analyst, or IT Consultant
- Ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills and pronounced analytical thinking
- German language skills at least C1 level and English language skills at least B2 level
