Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management with IT modules, Business Informatics or significant professional experience in manufacturing
- Proven expertise in enabling and leading continuous improvement or digital transformation projects
- Experienced with ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle JD Edwards)
- Proficient in MS-Office 365 suite (Excel, Power Platform)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, QLIK Sense, SAP Business Object)
- Knowledge of large sets of data and database management
- Familiarity with Dimensional Data Modelling (DDM), Databricks, programming skills (SQL, Python, Java) is an advantage
- Certification in agile project management (SCRUM) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and effective teamwork
